A major Quebec financial group is expanding its Linux operations team. You work at the core of maintaining and supporting its critical infrastructure.

Context

Large-scale RHEL Linux environment, high availability requirements, a structured operations team. Based in Montreal, hybrid (2 days a week on site, including Tuesday).

The role

  • Operate, maintain and evolve RHEL 7/8/9 Linux systems.
  • Incident management and support across production and non-production.
  • Automation with Ansible, Bash/Shell scripting.
  • Contribute to upgrades and migrations; monitoring (Dynatrace a plus).

Who we are looking for

  • Solid experience administering and operating RHEL Linux.
  • Strong incident management and production support skills.
  • Ansible and scripting; upgrade/migration and monitoring appreciated.
  • Fluent French, intermediate English. Available for occasional after-hours support.

Details

  • Montreal, hybrid (Tuesday on site), 37.5h/week.
  • Freelance or Abbeal permanent contract — we place both.
  • Target start: July 2026.
