Senior Business Analyst, AI projects in banking, Paris area

A major European bank is using AI to transform its business processes: automation, scoring, regulatory compliance, customer journeys. You join a community of 40+ consultants already on site, near Paris (Créteil).

Context

High-impact transformation projects run in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) with IT, Product Owners, business leadership and compliance. Long-term assignments with real visibility.

The role

• Gather and formalise business needs: functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Model processes (BPMN) and spot what can be automated
• Run design, validation and acceptance workshops
• Bridge business and IT across the project lifecycle, in JIRA and Confluence
• Lead UAT campaigns and support change management

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of Business Analysis in banking or finance
• Consulting experience on large accounts
• Banking systems: core banking, payments, compliance (AML, GDPR, Basel III/IV)
• UML, BPMN, use cases, user stories; Scrum or SAFe
• Genuine interest in AI applied to finance
• Fluent French and professional English

Terms

• Permanent contract, €50,000 to €60,000 gross per year
• Paris area (Créteil), long-term assignment
• Right to work in France required
