Application Delivery Lead (CLA), major financial institution, Montreal

A major Quebec financial institution is looking for an Application Delivery Lead to own the application side of a solution, from planning to production release.

Context

You will work on small to mid-sized IT projects within an agile, cross-functional team. The role sits at the heart of delivery: you connect IT contributors, the project manager, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master.

The role

• Plan and coordinate the application deliverables of the solution
• Align IT contributors (development, integration, testing, infrastructure) on a single delivery plan
• Track risks, dependencies and status with the project manager, PO and Scrum Master
• Anticipate blockers and propose practical solutions
• Report progress clearly and regularly

What we are looking for

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) and at least 6 years of IT experience
• Experience on large projects in agile, cross-functional settings
• Background in delivery coordination or deliverables management
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, hands-on and solution-oriented
• Fluent French, English is a plus

• Montreal, 12-month renewable engagement, 37.5 hours per week
