Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Functional Consultant or Project Manager, Tokyo

Location requirement

You must already be living in Japan with valid work authorization. We are not sponsoring relocation or visa transfers from overseas for this role. Applications from outside Japan will not be considered.

The context

We work with an international ERP integrator whose Japan business is fully dedicated to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Projects follow two patterns: a rollout at the headquarters of a Japanese group, then to its overseas subsidiaries, or a foreign group rolling out D365 to its Japanese subsidiary. The Tokyo team is hiring about five permanent employees across two profiles: functional consultant and project manager.

The role

• Functional consultant: gather business requirements, configure and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, support users through go-live
• Project manager: run D365 projects end to end, planning, budget, coordination between Japanese and overseas teams
• Work on multi-country rollouts, in Japanese and English

What we are looking for

• Currently based in Japan with valid work authorization, no relocation or visa sponsorship from overseas for this role
• Native Japanese or JLPT N1, mandatory
• Business English, TOEIC 730 or equivalent
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management, even limited: the market is narrow and every profile is reviewed
• For the project manager role: hands-on experience leading projects, with the real scope and level of responsibility you held
• A plus: experience across both Finance and Supply Chain

Terms

• Permanent contract (正社員), start as soon as possible
• Around JPY 10M per year for a consultant, around JPY 12M for a project manager, adjusted to the profile
• Tokyo (Minato-ku), two days a week in the office as a rule
