Senior Power BI & Geospatial Data Consultant — Montreal

A North American industrial player wants to enhance an existing interactive mapping tool and is looking for a senior Power BI / geospatial data consultant.

Context

A mapping tool built with Power BI and Mapbox displays geographic zones, competitor positioning, and several drill-down levels across boundaries. It needs to be improved and made more robust.

The role

You work on improving Power BI visualizations that integrate complex mapping layers, leveraging your expertise in Mapbox, ArcGIS/MapInfo and geospatial data structures.

Profile

• Proven Power BI expertise (advanced visualizations)
• Strong command of Mapbox and a GIS tool (ArcGIS or MapInfo)
• Knowledge of GeoJSON / TopoJSON structures
• Ability to work autonomously on a short, focused engagement
