A major European bank is putting AI agents into production across legal, financial analysis and compliance workflows. The job needs people who can take an LLM from notebook to production, and measure it once it is there.
The role
- Build and ship ML and RAG pipelines to production
- Develop conversational agents over large knowledge bases
- Design business copilots and agentic workflows
- Deploy and run models in cloud or on-premise: performance, observability, evaluation
- Contribute to R&D and mentor others
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of Machine Learning in production
- Excellent Python and engineering practices
- Transformers, LLM deployment, LLMOps
- Pipeline evaluation and observability
- Linux, Kubernetes, Docker
- Right to work in France required
