AI Project Manager — AI Factory (Canadian bank, Montreal / Ottawa / Toronto)

We are hiring an AI Project Manager to lead a major transformation program (total budget $20M CAD) for a major Canadian bank: building an AI Factory to industrialize AI use case deployment across the organization.

Based in Montreal, Ottawa or Toronto. Unilingual English is accepted for this mandate.

Mission

• Lead the roadmap and governance of an AI project portfolio (scoping, prioritization, budget arbitration)
• Coordinate Data/AI teams, Engineering and business stakeholders
• Structure steering rituals (committees, reporting, risk management)
• Act as the interface between technical teams and executive sponsors

Profile

• Proven experience leading large-scale AI/Data programs, ideally in a banking or regulated environment
• Solid understanding of AI technical topics (MLOps, LLMs, data governance)
• Professional English (unilingual English accepted)
• Fast availability, urgent mandate
