The context
Our client, a major Canadian bank (Capital Markets), is looking for a senior fullstack consultant to design, develop, and maintain its back-office solutions, with a modern and high-performance UX.
Responsibilities
- Fullstack dev: Java (Spring Boot) back-end + React front-end
- Technical design and platform evolution
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; quality, performance, security
- Mentor less experienced developers; agile ceremonies
The profile
- Significant fullstack experience with Java (Spring Boot) + React
- Assets: Python, SQL; DevOps (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD)
- Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), ability to mentor and communicate
- English an asset (not mandatory); hybrid 2 days/week in office
