Context

Our client, a major Canadian bank (API platform · Cards & Credit Risk), is looking for a senior SRE / systems integrator to ensure resilience and availability of critical systems, combining design, automation, and integration of generative AI into the dev cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain shared CI/CD pipelines
  • Resilience & stability: best practices, post-incidents, metrics
  • Integrate generative AI (GitHub Copilot + VS Code) into daily practices
  • Architecture (documentation, diagrams) and automation to prevent human error

Profile

  • Proven experience designing complex systems at scale
  • Advanced AWS expertise (incl. Bedrock) and cloud security
  • Observability: Datadog / CloudWatch / Splunk; DevSecOps, SRE
  • Daily use of generative AI; technical leadership and communication

12-month renewable contract, hybrid 40% (2 days/week on-site). Bilingualism an asset.
