A major French banking group is industrialising its catalogue of AI services. It is looking for a highly technical architect, reporting directly to the CIO, to turn AI requests from the group's entities into solutions that truly fit the information system.
The role
- Technically qualify needs and use cases with the entities, alongside Go-to-Market teams
- Design the target architecture: LLM, RAG, agents, AI Gateway, MCP, connectors, data, IAM, observability
- Challenge feasibility, dependencies and integration constraints, and make the technical calls
- Contribute to estimation and framing before commitment
- Secure the path to industrialisation with delivery teams
- Turn the first cases into reusable integration patterns
What we're looking for
- Highly technical profile: 7 to 10+ years, mainly architecture and integration
- Strong application architecture: APIs, microservices, event-driven, IAM, integration patterns
- Hands-on modern AI architecture: LLM, RAG, agents, AI Gateway, MCP, orchestration
- Non-functional mindset: security, operability, performance, cost control
- Large IT environments, ideally banking or insurance
- Professional English used daily, fluent French
Terms
- Permanent contract (CDI)
- Reports directly to the CIO
- South Paris, on site 2 to 3 days per week
- €80k to €100k gross per year depending on profile
