SAP / Ariba Functional Analyst — IT Procurement — Montreal

A major Canadian financial institution is strengthening its IT procurement team. As a principal analyst, you contribute to structuring projects on its SAP transactional platforms, with a particular focus on Ariba, in a SAFe-Agile environment.

The context

The organization is modernizing the SAP ecosystem behind its purchasing and procurement. You work closely with business lines and service providers on large-scale projects at the heart of the transactional chain.

Your role

• Act as principal analyst within the IT procurement team.
• Deliver projects across various SAP modules, especially Ariba.
• Solve problems and provide leadership to ship solutions.
• Manage relationships with service providers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain IT hygiene of the application landscape and evolve SAP transactional platforms.

What we're looking for

• Deep expertise in SAP transactional systems (Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass).
• Strong analysis skills: business needs AND functional analysis.
• Experience on large-scale projects, leadership and initiative.
• Mandatory French / English bilingualism (spoken and written).
• Pluses: SaaS applications, banking/financial domain, Agile (Scrum).
