Two product lines: an AI-powered HR platform that helps managers become better leaders; and a category-leading solution for enterprise cloud migration and governance (Microsoft 365 ecosystem). The role

As Director, Security & Infrastructure, your mission is to create the conditions that let product and engineering teams move faster, with confidence. You lead infrastructure, operational security and governance/risk/compliance (GRC) across both product lines, ensuring a reliable, scalable and secure environment as the organization evolves.

You play a key role in the shift toward a Full-Stack Builder model, where small teams own the full cycle from insight to production. Concretely: building a platform and security foundation that reduces friction, increases trust and lets teams ship fast without compromising reliability, security or compliance.

The team & challenges

You lead a platform-oriented team spanning infrastructure, operational security and GRC. This team is shifting from a traditional support function to a platform enablement team: helping product teams move faster by providing reliable, secure and easy-to-use foundations.

The real challenge is cultural: turning infra and security into accelerators of speed, not constraints.
